Information we collect directly from you: We collect information directly from you when you choose to participate in our offers and programs or provide us with information directly. The following are examples of information we may collect directly from you:

  • Name, email address, mailing address;
  • Username and password;
  • Phone or mobile number;
  • Age; Date of birth;
  • Name of your IBO enroller or sponsor;
  • Demographic information;
  • Future communication preferences;
  • Contact information of friends you want us or your IBO enroller to use. When you provide us information for these refer-a-friend messages, we only use the information to send the message you request.

Information we collect when you visit our sites, use our services, or view our online ads: We use cookies and other technologies to collect information about you when you visit our sites, use our services, or view online ads. The following are examples of information we may collect with these technologies:

Communications with you – Offers and services you expressed interest in: When you visit or conduct business transactions on our Site, you may need to register with us or be asked to provide us with personal and account information. When you provide us this information, we may use it to contact you about offers or services in which you have expressed interest. Evo Global has a legitimate business interest in using the personal information we collect from you to provide such requested services. However, where we rely on your consent, if you tell us that you do not want us to use this information as a basis for further contact with you (by accessing our opt-out procedure described below), we will respect your wishes. We may also use certain de-identified and aggregated data about our IBOs and members or visitors to our Site for our internal data analysis purposes. Evo Global has a legitimate business interest in using the personal information we collect from you to provide such requested products and services and to better serve our IBOs and members. With your consent, we may send you promotional information or services we believe may be relevant to you. Other uses: We may also use the personal information we obtain about you for the following purposes:

  • Operate, evaluate, and improve our business (including developing new products and services);
  • Manage our communications; determine the effectiveness of and optimize our advertising; analyze our products, services, websites, mobile applications, and any other digital assets;
  • Facilitate the functionality of our websites, mobile applications, and any other digital assets;
  • Prepare and provide aggregated data reports, which may include anonymized information. Enforce our Terms and Conditions or other legal rights. Legally affiliated entities:

In the event that Evo Global merges, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, Site, or operations, Evo Global may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such transaction. In the case of such a transfer, Evo Global will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site for 30 days of any change in ownership of Evo Global that results in a change of control of your personal information. We may also share your personal information with affiliates of Evo Global’s Independent Business Owners (“IBOs”) in order to provide or offer you products or services. International data transfers.

Processing in Mexico and elsewhere by registering on this Site: Evo Global is a global business. We may transfer the personal information we collect about you to recipients, and your personal information may be stored and processed, in countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected, including the United States and other locations that may have data protection laws less strict than the country in which you initially provided the information.
